About This Project

A 128,500 sq. ft. office building with restaurants on the ground floor, located across from the Nationwide Arena. The building forms a corner of “Arch Park” in the heart of a new office,  entertainment, and residential development in downtown Columbus. Inspired by 19th century urban office buildings, it features brick with stone accents, a corner turret, large arched windows with panels, and ornate canopies, brackets, railings and cornices. This project exemplifies our philosophy of “Creativity through Tradition” by combining classical proportions and details with current materials, construction methods, and budgets.
