About This Project

This 5 story 285,000 sq. ft. concept design consists of a 136-guest room hotel, 10 town homes and 50 apartment flats. The design incorporates a 334-space parking garage, 9,000 SF of retail & restaurant space as well as an elevated third floor green space providing a communal front yard for the apartment units. This project blends a modern/ contemporary hotel with the historical detailing of traditional brownstones. It’s this unique detailing that allows this building to blend seamlessly into an eclectic urban environment.
