New Albany, Ohio

Market Square consists of two pairs of two-story commercial buildings that embody the Georgian design language of the Village of New Albany, Ohio, and define a public space in front of the village’s library. Street-level restaurants and shops promote a pedestrian friendly lifestyle for Village Center residents while the office spaces above have satisfied the market and enhanced the community economy. David Meleca served as the local design architect and worked in collaboration with Cooper Robertson Partners of New York.
