About This Project

Located in the heart of downtown Columbus, this eight-story courtyard building will incorporate retail on the ground floor with high-end apartment units above. The design is a streamlined quotation of early twentieth-century Beaux-Arts highrise architecture, and will feature a combination of cultured stone and brick with large amounts of glass to maximize views. The project is currently under construction.
